Delivery Policy & Information
Lead times for each item is detailed in the product listing but most items currently have a making turnaround of 4-8 weeks. Pieces that are not hallmarked have a lead time of 2 weeks. Please add a further week for US or Canada orders.
My pieces are made to order and I have to account for the time taken for them to be cast or handcrafted, hallmarked, lovingly polished up and safely packaged up to sent to you.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm so please allow this to arrive up to 1pm on the day after it is posted, you should receive an email to confirm it is with Royal Mail. All US and Canada orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, so please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
I aim to keep you updated as much as I can, and it goes without saying that factors such as delayed delivery, weekends, strikes, bank holidays and staff shortages are beyond my control so delivery times may be affected.
In a hurry? You can choose the Pegasus Service at checkout to reduce the lead time for pieces from 4-8 weeks, to 2. I will aim for your piece(s) to be delivered to you 2 weeks after you place your order but have to account for any external factors that could delay this. Please allow an extra week to these timeframes for International orders.
If you have ordered a gift and it will not be with you in time then please get in touch, I can arrange a print out for you to present to the giftee in the meantime. Gift cards can be emailed digitally immediately or on a set date, or can be printed out.
Your jewellery is always sent insured so it will need to be signed for. If you’re due to be away around the time of your estimated delivery date then please do let me know in your order notes so I can take this into consideration and try to arrange a better time for you. This is to ensure your piece gets to you safely and directly.

Pegasus Service
I’m so grateful to all of my customers who appreciate the magic and time that goes into my handmade jewellery. I strongly believe that my pieces are worth the wait, even if they might be a little bit delayed but, I also appreciate the memories that gifting a special piece, on a special date creates.
If you can’t wait for my usual lead time, you can use the Pegasus service to reduce this down. It will be as if Pegasus himself is delivering your jewellery! This means that every express service available to me via external sources is used to get your piece to you in the shortest possible time.
If you’d like Pegasus to deliver your order**, just select this service at the checkout. This is only available on products that have over a 2 week lead time because this service will still take around 2 weeks due to the handcrafted nature of my products.
*Please note, Pegasus is a mythological creature so won’t actually be delivering it, it will still be Royal Mail’s Guarenteed by 1pm service for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for International orders. But, feel free to let your imagination run wild!
**I need to manage your expectations that external factors outside of my control can still affect things. In reality our aim will be for your piece(s) to be delivered to you 2 weeks (14 working days) after you place your order.
